Please read the below terms and conditions before making a booking with Bunkers/ALL.

Booking

On completion of your booking, our booking system will automatically send an email confirmation. This must be shown on arrival. Should a confirmation email not be received, please contact the relevant team at [email protected] to ensure your booking is completed.

Payment

For all online bookings full payment is required online by Debit or Credit Card at the time of booking.

For all onsite bookings full payment is required by Debit or Credit Card at the time of booking.

All payments made online are non-refundable. Please note that we are unable to accept payment via American Express. 

Birthday Parties & Group Bookings.

All Birthday parties and group bookings are required to follow the latest government COVID-19 guidance for the date of booking.  Parties require 100% payment upfront when booked online. All parties & Group Bookings made via venue will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking. The remaining 50% payment will be required no later than 1 week before the event. All parties are non-refundable. Should you be unable to attend your party due to COVID-19 an alternative party date will be offered.

Vouchers and Promotion Codes

You must enter any vouchers or promotional codes, and ensure the code has been accepted, and price adjusted, before entering your payment details. No credits or refunds can be made in the event your voucher / promotion code is not recognised online. Should the discount failed to be applied please contact the relevant Bunkers site before making payment.

On Arrival

Simply turn up and one of the Bunkers team will be on hand to get you started. Guests will be guided to the departure lounge where guests will be advised of their tee time within their booking slot.

Cancellation

Cancellation should be made by email to Bunkers at the location booked.

Payment for cancellations made more than 24 hours’ notice will be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or ‘no-shows’ are fully chargeable. Please note that all payments made online are non-refundable.

General Terms

ALL/Bunkers has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in respect of violent, abusive, racist and/or threatening behaviour towards its employees, agents, contractors or other customers.

Any incident of such behaviour will be taken seriously and may result in further action being taken.

Any individual exercising violent, abusive, racist and/or threatening behaviour will be required to leave the premises and may forfeit the right to return.

Wilful damage must not be caused to the facilities, fixtures or fittings by any customer. If damage is caused by the customer or any guest attending under their booking confirmation, the customer hereby accepts they shall be liable to pay for such damage caused.

Electro Darts & Ping Pong

Know your limits, if you exceed your one hour booking by more than 5 minutes you will be charged for another full hour.

Under 18’s Policy

Each site has the right to request all players under the age of 13 to be accompanied by an adult at all times when visiting the venue.

Due to licensing restrictions, all players under the age of 18 will be required to vacate the premises by 20:00. Last admittance for players under the age of 18 will be 19:15.

Photos & Video

ALL/Bunkers recognises the use of handheld devices and gives permission for photographic and recording equipment such as cameras, video cameras and mobile phones to be used. ALL/Bunkers requires that such use is restricted to photographs or recording of only the customer or people in the customer’s party.

Photographic and recording equipment such as cameras, video cameras and mobile phones are forbidden to be used under any circumstances in the toilet areas. ALL/Bunkers reserves the right to refuse permission or to withdraw permission of anyone using any photographic recording equipment should the ALL/Bunker’s Management feel that the safety and wellbeing of its customers has been or would be compromised. Anyone found to be taking photographs or using recording equipment which is considered by ALL/Bunkers to be intrusive or inappropriate will be asked to leave the premises and will be reported to the Police.

Marketing Offers

NHS / Emergency Services / Armed Forces Discount
BUNKERS offers a 10% discount to online activities booking for holders of Blue Light / Emergency Services / Armed Forces ID holders. Relevant codes must be used when booking online. Blue Light card or relevant NHS / Armed Forces ID is required when checking in for booking or additional  charges WILL apply. This promotion is not applicable to party packages and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

 

Student Promotion

Student Night promotion is applicable across participating site from site open until site close every Monday and Wednesday. Drinks available in promotion are at the discretion of each individual site. Drinks available may vary dependant on site. Bunkers reserves the right to refuse to serve alcohol to anyone where staff deem it as irresponsible. This promotion cannot be substituted for any other discount or cash in kind. Bunkers reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this offer at any time. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions.

Wicked Weekdays
Wicked Wednesdays is available at the following venues: Swansea & Romford. Please see promo pages afor full offers breakdown. Games include: pool, electro-darts, ping pong, shuffleboard, deck shuffle. £5 golf is applicable to individual adult or child tickets for 1 game. Select drinks are available per venue and are subject to availability. £4 Pints are applicable to Heineken Solver & Inchs. Please ask venue which drinks are available. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. Promotions are avauilable during term time. Offers are not available during school holidays. Beer Pong and Karaoke are not applicable to this promotion. 

Date Night.
Select drinks are available per venue and are subject to availability. Cocktails are excluded from this promotion. Nacho sharers include Nachos Platter & Cheesy Nachos platter. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. Offer is available to book Sunday – Friday. Prices are per couple.

Weekday Special

Weekday special promotion applies to BUNKERS SWANSEA  only. Ticket is available Monday – Friday between 3pm & 6pm. Promotion is not available during school holidays. Food is chosen in venue during activity. This promotion is available through online bookings only cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.

NPS Feedback
Your feedback is appreciated. By submitting your NPS form will enter yourself into the month of your form submission’s competition to win a game of crazy golf and a drink for 4 players for the venue in which you are reviewing. Applicable to all venues. 1 winner per venue per month. Prize cannot be exchanged for any other product / cash in kind. Booking must be made within 2 months of competition win notification.
