On completion of your booking, our booking system will automatically send an email confirmation. This must be shown on arrival. Should a confirmation email not be received, please contact the relevant team at [email protected] to ensure your booking is completed.
For all online bookings full payment is required online by Debit or Credit Card at the time of booking.
For all onsite bookings full payment is required by Debit or Credit Card at the time of booking.
All parties & Group Bookings made via venue will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking. The remaining 50% payment will be required no later than 1 week before the event. All parties are non-refundable.
You must enter any vouchers or promotional codes, and ensure the code has been accepted, and price adjusted, before entering your payment details. No credits or refunds can be made in the
event your voucher / promotion code is not recognised online. Should the discount failed to be applied please contact the relevant Bunkers site before making payment.
Simply turn up and one of the Bunkers team will be on hand to get you started. Guests will be guided to the departure lounge where guests will be advised of their tee time within their booking slot.
Cancellation should be made by email to Bunkers at the locationbooked.
Payment for cancellations made more than 24 hours’ notice will be transferred to a future booking. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or ‘no-shows’ are fully chargeable. Please note that
all payments made online are non-refundable.
ALL/Bunkers has a ZERO TOLERANCE policy in respect of violent, abusive, racist and/or threatening behaviour towards its employees, agents, contractors or other customers. Any incident of such behaviour will be taken seriously and mayresult in further action being taken.
Know your limits, if you exceed your one hour booking by more than 5 minutes you will be charged for another full hour.
Each site has the right to request all players under the age of 13 to be accompanied by an adult at all times when visiting the venue.
Due to licensing restrictions, all players under the age of 18 will be required to vacate the premises by 20:00. Last admittance for players under the age of 18 will be 19:15.
ALL/Bunkers recognises the use of handheld devices and gives permission for photographic and recording equipment such as cameras, video cameras and mobile phones to be used. ALL/ Bunkers requires that such use is restricted to photographs or recording of only the customer or people in the customer’s party.
Management feel that the safety and wellbeing of its customers has been or would be compromised. Anyone found to be taking photographs or using recording equipment which is considered by ALL/Bunkers to be intrusive or inappropriate will be asked to leave the premises and will be reported to the Police.
Wicked Wednesdays is available at the following venues: Swansea. Select drinks are available per venue and are subject to availability. £3 Pints are applicable to Fosters. Please ask venue which drinks are available. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts. £5 golf offer
is applicable to games booked to play after 7:30pm – close of venue during school holidays.
